The position of Human Rights Coordinator was established in February 2000 to educate UTU members and employers and to promote awareness of the advantages of diversity in our union and in society.
Miles ''Ray'' Cunningham Jr. was appointed to the position of human rights coordinator and a team of UTU members and employees was chosen to make up the UTU's Human Rights Committee.
